This will be the first meeting with a number of new members. We want to welcome them and provide training or a review of the role and mission of the State Independent Living Council (SILC) in the afternoon. At the March SILC meeting we will be providing training on Centers for Independent Living-their role and mission as well as issues facing people with disabilities in Colorado.
